PHP Backend Developer Opportunity

Hire Feed is seeking a PHP Backend Developer for one of its clients in Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on implementing and maintaining core backend services for high-traffic web applications.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing server-side logic to ensure the scalability and performance of applications that handle significant user interaction. This position involves contributing to the development of scalable backend systems for a widely used platform within the Technology, Information and Internet industry, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP-based backend services and APIs to support web application functionality.
• Optimize existing codebase for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented PHP code following industry best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, including database queries and API endpoints.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience as a PHP Backend Developer. This role requires demonstrated technical ability in developing and optimizing server-side logic, with a focus on PHP-based services and APIs for high-traffic web applications.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position based in Saudi Arabia. The compensation for this role ranges from $30 to $110 per hour.
