Power Platform & Copilot Developer

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Developer with 0-1 years of experience for a full-time position. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. The developer will leverage Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI to create intelligent automations, conversational agents, and AI-infused business applications.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance process efficiency and decision-making within the organization through the strategic implementation and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role involves building robust applications and workflows that integrate AI capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
• Design Power BI datasets, dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using connectors, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Implement ALM, DevOps, governance, security, and DLP best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training and solution adoption.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Power Platform development.
