About the Role

Munshi HR Solutions Ltd is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager for a poultry slaughterhouse. This contract position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically within a relevant industrial setting. The role focuses on ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of all machinery and equipment through strategic preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all slaughterhouse machinery and equipment.
• Ensure timely maintenance of poultry processing, slaughtering, chilling, freezing, and packaging equipment.
• Supervise the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, compressor, and utility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance to identify potential failures proactively and prevent production interruptions.
• Lead the maintenance team, assign daily tasks, and oversee work quality and completion.
• Maintain detailed maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown records, and spare-parts inventory.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget, covering spare parts, repair costs, service contracts, and equipment replacement needs.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, ideally within a poultry slaughterhouse or a similar food processing environment. A strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, refrigeration, and utility systems is essential.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence within the poultry slaughterhouse facility. The role involves working closely with various operational departments to ensure seamless production and adherence to safety and quality standards.
