We are looking for someone who loves organization more than chaos, knows how to arrange tasks, schedules meetings, and follows up on everything before we ask him.
Your work will be directly with the CEO, and you will deal daily with different teams and projects, most of which are online.

What will you do?

Organize appointments, meetings, and reminders.

Follow up on task execution with different teams.

Write meeting minutes and gather the most important points.

Coordinate correspondence and files and organize them smartly.

Remind everyone of deadlines and ensure things run smoothly.


We need a person:

Organized and detail-oriented.

Proficient in using digital tools like Notion, Trello, or Google Workspace.

Communicates politely in Arabic and English.

Has a high sense of follow-up and knows how to act in busy times.


Work: Remote
Hours: Full-time
