About the Private Banking Mentor Role

Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program and is seeking experienced professionals to join its elite network as Private Banking Mentors. This part-time, remote role supports students and young professionals in Saudi Arabia and globally as they prepare for high-stakes careers in private banking. Mentors operate with flexibility regarding location and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one interview coaching, resume feedback, and career guidance for candidates pursuing private banking careers.
• Lead small-group sessions covering private banking products, client relationship management, credit solutions, and recruiting preparation (optional).
• Contribute to content development by assisting in the improvement of interview guides, technical resources, and client advisory training materials (optional).
• Share practical experience gained from serving high-net-worth individuals and navigating career paths within private banking.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with 5-10 years of experience in Private Banking or related fields such as Wealth Management, Private Client Services, or Family Office. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Current or former roles as Private Bankers, Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, or Managing Directors.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring the next generation of private banking professionals.
• A detail-oriented approach and dedication to providing thoughtful, actionable career advice.

Program Context and Work Environment

This role offers a remote and flexible work arrangement, allowing mentors to contribute from any location and in any timezone. The program is designed for a low time commitment, typically requiring only a few hours per month, with options for increased involvement based on mentor interest. Mentors become part of Wall Street Oasis, a globally respected finance community.

Impact and Compensation

Mentors have the opportunity to directly influence and shape the careers of students from leading academic institutions and diverse backgrounds. Compensation for top mentors ranges from $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, based on engagement and performance within the program.
