The Role of Professional Services Architect

SentinelOne is seeking a Professional Services Architect for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role involves serving as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, specifically for SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. The architect will manage engagements from discovery and solution design through to deployment, handover, and long-term customer success. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role requiring deep cybersecurity expertise and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, leading technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations, with a focus on EDR/XDR environments and their integration.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, including employee AI tool access, developer AI workflows, home-grown AI applications, and browser-based controls via enterprise MDM. Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, and risks such as prompt injection and shadow AI usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments. Partner with pre-sales teams to scope engagements and contribute technical input into Statements of Work. Work alongside channel partners to provide guidance during joint engagements and build their delivery capability.
• Contribute to internal and partner-facing delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical reference materials. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent their technical needs internally.
• Apply technical credibility and a consultative approach to every engagement, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success with the SentinelOne platform.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant cybersecurity role.
• Demonstrated deep cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience from cybersecurity vendors, professional services practices, MSSPs, system integrators, or enterprise security teams is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and apply a consultative approach to technical engagements.
