The Role of Project Construction Manager

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Project Construction Manager to join their team. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves extensive construction supervision and site delivery on large-scale hospitality, high-rise, and mixed-use projects across KSA and the Middle East. The role demands senior leadership capabilities comparable to a Project Director, with a focus on managing multidisciplinary construction supervision teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide extensive construction supervision and site delivery experience on large-scale hospitality, high-rise, and mixed-use projects across KSA / Middle East.
• Demonstrate senior leadership capability comparable to a Project Director, with experience managing multidisciplinary construction supervision teams.
• Manage multiple contractors, construction packages, and concurrent work fronts across multi-building developments.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, façade, MEP, and fit-out works.
• Review construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics plans, and site execution strategies.
• Review and challenge contractor construction programs, assess critical paths, monitor progress, and evaluate resource adequacy and recovery plans.
• Coordinate and resolve technical issues, design interfaces, RFIs, and constructability constraints.
• Oversee shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical approvals.
• Ensure strong compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCR management, and corrective actions.
• Apply working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, EOT assessments, and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor and enforce HSE requirements across all construction activities.
• Ensure familiarity with the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and local authority regulations.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, completion certification, and phased handover activities.
• Coordinate hotel operator requirements, mock-up approvals, and hospitality finishing standards.
• Utilize Aconex and demonstrate familiarity with PMIS, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Prepare strong client reporting, progress assessments, risk management updates, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of regional construction standards, building codes, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
