Construction Manager

About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee daily construction activities in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing various work packages and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across significant projects.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the daily execution of construction tasks across diverse project components. This includes residential, commercial, amenities, public-realm, and infrastructure work packages, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across residential, commercial, amenities, public-realm, and infrastructure work packages.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower, productivity, quality, safety, and compliance with the approved programme.
• Review construction methodologies, logistics plans, temporary works, and short-term execution schedules.
• Resolve site coordination issues and interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and landscape works.
• Lead site meetings, inspections, snagging, phased handover, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and recovery requirements to the Senior Project Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on on-site construction management.
