The Role: Project Manager, Western Region

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving sales performance and strategic development for the GROHE brand in the project channel. The Project Manager will be a key contributor to the country's overall results and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a primary participant in strategic planning for channel development.
• Deliver the Sales Mission for the Project Channel in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the Grohe project system.
• Identify key channels and targets within the region for project business.

Strategic Alignment and Market Development

• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid-term and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure local implementation of strategies is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting

• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and maintain a database and records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare and submit reports for senior management as required.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this Project Manager role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning acumen, and a proven track record in project channel sales and market development within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
