About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Leader Western Region to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving results for the Projects Channel across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the delivery of the Project Channel Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Be collectively accountable for the overall delivery of results for the KSA Projects Channel.
  • Work with relevant departments to define and deliver necessary tools for direct and indirect customers, enhancing service and support for project sales.
  • Provide product updates for project customers, collaborating with SCM and product teams.
  • Support distribution channels and work closely with Channel Partners in Projects.
  • Ensure full adherence to and usage of Salesforce for creating and managing an elaborate database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects.
  • Coordinate adequately with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA (OTC, Showroom, etc.) to achieve common regional goals and KPIs.

Sales Channel Development

  • Identify key channels and targets in the region for project business, based on allocations from the Leader Projects KSA. This includes:
    • Sub Channel B (Residential): Primary targets are Developers, Contractors, and Designers.
    • Sub Channel A (Hotels): Primary targets are Hotel Operators and Developers.
    • Sub Channel C (Health Care): Primary targets are Owners and Healthcare Institutions.
  • Regularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to promote Grohe by building a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identify marketing and specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities, and report on events that enhance brand strength within the sector.

Performance and Market Analysis

  • Forecast accurate project sales through monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Measure and analyze critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processes.
  • Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Gather competitor market intelligence and report findings to management.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines in the most efficient manner.

Candidate Profile

  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of total experience.
  • Experience in the same field or the building materials industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain LIXIL’s quality and reputation for excellence.
  • Experienced in managing external relationships and other stakeholders.
