About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand within the country's project channels.

Strategic Impact and Market Development

The Project Manager will be a key contributor to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership. This role is central to strategic planning for channel development, with a primary purpose to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and enhance GROHE's geographical presence within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute the Sales Mission for the Project Channel in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Identify key channels and target clients for project business within the region.
• Forecast project sales accurately on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database and records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports for senior management regarding project activities and performance.

Project Management and Corporate Alignment

• Manage project specifications, including writing and maintaining documentation within the GROHE project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid-term and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure that all local implementations are in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analytical support for strategic priorities and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or sales within the Western Region.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Strong understanding of project channel sales and market dynamics.
• Proven capability in strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with designers and architects.
