About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager Western Region to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand across all channels within the country. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead strategic initiatives and manage project channel development.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within the market. The Project Manager will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, driving an increase in market share within the sector, and enhancing GROHE's geographical presence throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Be collectively accountable for the overall delivery of country results and provide leadership within the organization.
• Act as a main contributor in strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute the Sales Mission and Project Channel Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Identify key channels and targets for project business within the region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects across the country.
• Develop and maintain a database and records of all key project contacts in the region.
• Prepare reports for senior management as required.

Strategic Alignment and Analysis

• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid-term and long-term strategies for the country.
• Ensure local implementation of strategies is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in project management and sales within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. A proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth is essential.
