QA/QC Manager Industries

About the Role

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a QA/QC Manager - Industries for a full-time position. This role involves providing operational, technical, and functional leadership across various industrial activities. The manager will ensure alignment with organizational standards, business objectives, and regulatory requirements, driving performance and compliance within the QA/QC function.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for the coordination, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery within the quality assurance and quality control framework. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes through collaboration with internal teams, contractors, clients, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily QA/QC activities in industrial environments to ensure efficient execution, procedural compliance, and achievement of operational targets while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and operational activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects in line with approved timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and operational teams to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and align on technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, HSE requirements, and industry best practices relevant to the industrial sector.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service standards, and quality benchmarks, identifying gaps, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports, technical records, progress updates, cost analyses, and management presentations to support decision-making and business transparency.
• Support efficient utilization of resources including manpower, equipment, budgets, and materials to improve productivity and optimize operational costs.
• Identify operational risks, technical challenges, and performance issues, implementing mitigation measures and escalation processes to minimize business impact.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure services and deliverables meet company and client expectations.
• Contribute to process enhancements, digital initiatives, and operational excellence programs to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience (0-1 year) within the industries sector, handling operational, technical, project, or functional responsibilities related to quality assurance and control.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating teams, contractors, stakeholders, resources, and service delivery activities within complex operational environments.
• Experience supporting KPI management, reporting, process improvement, quality compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
