Position Summary

Accor is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at FAENA. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals Only and is critical for ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The Security Supervisor will lead security officers, monitor surveillance, respond to incidents, and enforce safety procedures while upholding ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
• Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments.
• Ensure proper control of all access points, entrances, and restricted areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Report and document incidents accurately, escalating issues to the Security Manager as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks.
• Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
• Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required.
• Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
• Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
• Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
• Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, preferably within a hospitality environment.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise security officers and manage daily security operations.
• Proficiency in monitoring surveillance systems and responding to incidents.
