Onarch is an architectural design and project management firm with offices in the UAE and India. The firm specializes in delivering high-quality mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects, offering end-to-end design, technical coordination, and project delivery services. We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Senior Architect Position

This role involves leading architectural coordination across various hospitality and hotel projects. The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing design documentation, ensuring project compliance with standards and regulations, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders in technical discussions.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead architectural coordination across multiple hospitality and hotel projects.
• Review and manage design submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Represent the project in client meetings and lead technical discussions.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and the original design intent.
• Support construction teams by providing design clarifications and resolving site-related technical issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports, design reviews, and progress updates to relevant parties.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this Senior Architect position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Demonstrated experience including large-scale hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading discussions and managing relationships.
