Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee civil engineering and construction activities for large-scale mixed-use developments. This full-time role involves ensuring that projects adhere to approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and established schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and resolve technical and construction-related challenges across structural and civil works.
• Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of multidisciplinary construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays and technical risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections, oversee quality control activities, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and contribute to the successful execution of high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial, residential, and hospitality developments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of engineering designs, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Compensation

The salary for this position is competitive, with an earning potential of up to 18,000 SAR.
