Role Overview

The Senior Design Lead plays a central role in enhancing user experiences and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design environment. This position requires expertise in Manufacturing Process Planning to ensure that design initiatives contribute significantly to achieving overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies using Manufacturing Process Planning expertise to ensure products and services are user-friendly, intuitive, and align with user expectations, thereby enhancing overall usability.
• Lead cross-functional design teams, providing mentorship and direction to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions that support strategic business goals.
• Present and advocate for design concepts to stakeholders, contributing to the definition and shaping of the overarching design vision and strategy for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and emerging technologies in manufacturing design, leveraging insights to drive innovation, excellence, and competitive advantage in design practices.
