HCLTech is seeking a Senior Development Lead - Advanced RPA to join their team. This full-time position focuses on designing, developing, and implementing software robots to automate repetitive tasks, thereby enhancing business efficiency. The role involves guiding a development team to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and adhere to coding standards.

Role Overview

The Senior RPA Development Lead plays a critical role in the automation lifecycle, from initial process analysis to final solution deployment and testing. This position requires a strong understanding of advanced RPA and Agentic AI technologies, coupled with leadership skills to mentor a development team and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and conduct detailed evaluations of functional and business requirements using advanced RPA and Agentic AI technologies to identify automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of target solutions, applying architectural design principles and best practices in RPA implementation.
• Develop and implement RPA code while mentoring the development team to ensure adherence to quality standards and effective use of Agentic AI tools.
• Validate project modules and oversee comprehensive testing phases prior to final review, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain expertise in advanced RPA and Agentic AI technologies, providing insights for continuous improvement and innovation within one or more technology areas.

Technical Focus

This role emphasizes expertise in advanced RPA and Agentic AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging these tools to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and ensure their effective implementation and testing.

Team Leadership and Quality Assurance
