About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development - Urban Core (REQ742) to lead the end-to-end development of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This full-time role involves overseeing public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The position requires a professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with urban experiences to create activated destinations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Manager will be instrumental in guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The primary objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. This involves fostering economic growth, community engagement, and sustained asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading major mixed-use development projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex development strategies and business plans.
