About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company. The partner is seeking a Senior UA Manager (Core, TikTok) to join a fast-scaling, global user acquisition environment. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and scaling high-quality users across Tier-1 markets, particularly the USA, within a performance-driven framework where TikTok is central to growth. You will manage significant monthly ad budgets in a data-informed setup that prioritizes creative testing, optimization speed, and automation. The role involves hands-on campaign execution combined with strategic input on scaling frameworks and channel evolution. This is a remote-first position within an international team operating across multiple time zones and cultures, characterized by a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy approach focused on measurable business impact and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web funnels, primarily targeting the USA and Tier-1 geographies.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns, managing significant monthly budgets and adhering to performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Build and maintain robust account structures, tracking systems, domains, whitelists, and payment workflows to ensure operational stability.
- Conduct continuous creative testing cycles, including hypothesis generation, iteration, performance analysis, and scaling of successful concepts.
- Improve automation processes through scripts, rules, and third-party tools to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate on performance insights and document best practices to foster channel consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to cross-functional discussions regarding growth strategy, funnel performance, and creative direction.
- Be responsible for owning, scaling, and optimizing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for core dating products, with a strong focus on performance efficiency and scalable growth systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C products, with demonstrated exposure to US and Tier-1 audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership of significant ad budgets (ideally $100K-$200K+ monthly) and a strong performance marketing mindset focused on CPA, ROAS, and LTV optimization.
- Solid understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem principles (structure, scaling, bidding, attribution, troubleshooting) as transferable performance expertise.
- Experience running structured creative testing frameworks and iterating based on performance insights.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or workflow optimization; exposure to AI-driven creative or optimization processes is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make prompt, informed optimization decisions.
- Comfort working in a highly execution-focused role that combines hands-on campaign management with strategic input.
- Effective communication skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration across global teams.
Work Environment and Additional Information
This is a fully remote, full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment oriented toward measurable business impact and sustainable growth.
