WAFY is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving digital growth and customer acquisition.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading WAFY's paid media strategy. This position requires a data-driven approach to marketing, focusing on scaling digital presence and optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through hands-on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Optimize campaign elements such as budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to enhance performance.
  • Lead app install campaigns and implement strategies to improve booking conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, distinct from agency-only oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience utilizing mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of performance marketing experience, specifically within a marketplace, e-commerce, or mobile app environment.

Employment Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary for this role will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
