About the Performance Marketing Role

Rewaa is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to join our team in Riyadh. Rewaa provides a SaaS platform designed to enhance retail operations through solutions for point-of-sale, inventory management, omnichannel integrations, tax and accounting, and reporting. With over 10,000 customers and plans for global expansion, Rewaa is a growing company in the retail technology sector.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising channels to generate high-quality leads and drive SQL conversions. This position requires a data-driven marketer with practical experience in campaign execution, performance analysis, and funnel optimization to ensure paid media efforts directly support company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs.
  • Manage paid campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across the marketing funnel to improve lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, messaging, and targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as leads, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROAS, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with performance goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align paid campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that yield higher conversions.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitor campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and insights to communicate channel impact to leadership and recommend budget adjustments or scaling strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in paid media management, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in improving lead quality, SQL conversion rates, and ROI across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on campaign management experience with Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and multi-channel funnel analysis.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis tools (*, Google Analytics, Metabase).
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Riyadh Region.
