About the Performance Marketing Specialist Role

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a part-time role based in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on, data-driven digital marketing position focused on achieving measurable growth through paid media channels. The role requires optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, translating insights into actionable improvements for lead generation and conversion, and ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.

Core Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified lead generation and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Executing ongoing campaign testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to achieve continuous performance improvements.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and attribution systems using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related conversion tracking platforms.
  • Ensuring the seamless flow of marketing data into CRM and marketing automation systems for accurate reporting and lead management.
  • Supporting SEO initiatives by contributing to on-page optimization and identifying opportunities for organic growth improvements.
  • Developing and delivering monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Identifying trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing to inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance messaging, creative direction, and conversion-focused strategies across campaigns.
  • Continuously optimizing conversion rates and campaign efficiency across all digital channels.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a proven ability to drive performance outcomes.
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and lead generation workflows.
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including attribution, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • The ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

Additional experience that would be beneficial includes:

  • Exposure to SEO.
  • Experience with landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel attribution models.
