About the Performance Marketing Specialist Role

FansPass, a Saudi-based ticket marketplace, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns. The platform facilitates the secure buying and selling of tickets for sports, entertainment, concerts, and global events, focusing on a user-friendly experience and connecting verified buyers and sellers. FansPass aims to build trust through transaction guarantees and responsive customer support as it grows its services and reach.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and ticket sales through the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze results.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and strategies.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting campaign insights.
  • Proficiency in market research to analyze audience segments, competitors, and trends.
  • Experience in sales-oriented activities, including funnel optimization and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including channel selection, budgeting, and performance measurement.
  • A customer service mindset to ensure campaigns align with user needs.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (*, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (*, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the ticketing, sports, or entertainment industry is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Effective time management is necessary to balance office-based and remote work responsibilities.
