About the Role

Edition is seeking a Server to join its team in Red Sea. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The role involves proactive guest interaction and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with guests, provide service, and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Process transactions as an integrated part of the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, including managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
