The Role of Presales Consultant Sr

Globant is seeking a Presales Consultant Sr to join its team. This full-time role is critical in assisting business partners to evolve and adapt to personalized consumer expectations in the current technological landscape. The consultant will play a key part in bridging sales and operations, leveraging deep knowledge of Globant's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver written solution proposals and presentations to clients, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Analyze requirements and develop the customer's business case for recommended solutions.
• Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations that align Globant's benefits with specific business and technical needs.
• Assist the sales team in addressing questions and resolving technical issues.
• Serve as a liaison between sales and operations departments.
• Maintain a solid understanding of Globant solutions and capabilities to support sales efforts.
• Stay informed on technical, market, and industry knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, specifically in selling technology and related professional services to regional and global enterprises.
• 5+ years in software development or pre-sales, with a proven ability to understand and analyze prospect needs, and to identify, develop, and present appropriate solutions.
• Experience with a global services model, including up-front implementation, service level agreements, operations, ongoing customer management, and change management.
