Job Description

About Omtera and the Role

Omtera is a technology consulting and solutions company that assists businesses in product development, customer behavior analysis, growth acceleration, and technology deployment. The company partners with global software platforms in Product Analytics, Customer Engagement, AI, Data, and Work Management, serving enterprise and high-growth companies across EMEA.

As a leading Mixpanel partner, Omtera works with product, growth, marketing, data, and executive teams to translate behavioral data into business decisions and measurable outcomes. This full-time Solutions Consultant / Product Analytics & Growth (Mixpanel) role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 2-5 years of experience. It focuses on owning the Mixpanel business across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, combining solution consulting, product analytics, pre-sales, commercial ownership, and account development.

Key Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will manage Mixpanel customers and opportunities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar. This involves direct engagement with customers, prospects, Mixpanel teams, and Omtera’s internal teams to develop opportunities and deliver solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with prospective and existing customers to understand their product, customer journeys, business models, and growth objectives.
  • Identifying challenges across acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization, and translating them into practical product analytics solutions.
  • Designing relevant Mixpanel use cases, recommending measurement frameworks, KPIs, event structures, and analytics approaches.
  • Leading Mixpanel product demonstrations, building demos around specific customer use cases, and explaining how Mixpanel addresses product and growth questions.
  • Supporting technical discovery related to SDKs, event tracking, integrations, data architecture, and implementation, coordinating proof-of-concepts and trials.
  • Taking ownership of opportunities from discovery through commercial discussions and closing, including building proposals and presenting commercial options.
  • Building strong relationships with existing Mixpanel customers, identifying adoption challenges, new use cases, and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinating with Omtera’s implementation and consulting teams for delivery support and assisting with renewals and account growth.

GCC Market Development

This role contributes to the growth of Omtera's Mixpanel business specifically within Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar. Key activities include:

  • Developing relationships with product, growth, digital, marketing, and data leaders across the region.
  • Identifying and developing new enterprise and high-growth opportunities.
  • Participating in customer meetings, executive briefings, and partner sessions.
  • Representing Omtera and Mixpanel at relevant conferences, roundtables, meetups, and industry events.
  • Assisting in organizing Omtera and Mixpanel customer events in the region.
  • Consistent follow-up on opportunities from initial interaction through commercial outcome.

Some international travel across the GCC is expected for this role.

Outcomes and Impact

Success in this position involves enabling customers to understand user behavior, establish reliable product analytics practices, identify opportunities for improving activation, conversion, and retention, and make informed product and growth decisions. The role also supports customers in successfully evaluating, adopting, and expanding their use of Mixpanel.

For Omtera, success means developing new Mixpanel opportunities, building deeper customer relationships, increasing Mixpanel adoption across the GCC, creating strong customer references, and establishing a scalable Product Analytics practice in the region.

Role Distinction

This role is distinct from traditional account management, pure sales, pure consulting, or purely technical positions. It integrates customer problem-solving, technology application, product strategy, and commercial execution. It offers growth opportunities for individuals who enjoy understanding businesses, solving problems, presenting technology, working directly with customers, and taking ownership of opportunities.

Application Process

Candidates are invited to apply with their CV and a brief introduction detailing their experience with product analytics, customer-facing technology projects, and their interest in working with customers across the GCC.
