The Role of Spa Attendant

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming spa environment. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, involves managing cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting guests, handling basic inquiries, and supporting the spa team. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and stamina to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, and assist with changing into robes.
• Maintain cleanliness across all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms, ensuring floors, mirrors, and furniture are spotless; manage laundry operations.
• Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments.
• Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a guest service or hospitality role.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Possess the stamina required for a fast-paced work setting.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas. Candidates must be capable of moving safely in uneven terrain or confined spaces as needed.
