About the Role

Edition is seeking a Spa Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is integral to supporting various fundamental aspects of the spa, ensuring guests receive a memorable and distinctive experience through spa services. The Spa Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a wide range of services, contributing positively to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products.
• Scheduling and confirming guest appointments.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding services.
• Registering guests and processing payments.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The Spa Service Expert role requires continuous movement, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces. The individual must be able to actively move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted, and up to 25 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• Licenses or Certifications: None required.
