SR. Merchandiser

About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a SR. Merchandiser for a full-time position in the Eastern Province. This role focuses on maximizing product presence, ensuring planogram adherence, and executing in-store activities to company standards. The SR. Merchandiser will also be responsible for providing market insights and managing activities through the PACE system to achieve performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on specific TT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within TT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised as per approved planograms.
• Rotate products using the FIFO method and remove sub-standard items.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities in the market.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers/outlets.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.
• Monitor market developments, define marketing objectives for designated stores, and estimate expected sales volume.
• Oversee the implementation of sales Go-To-Market strategies, sales methods, and the execution of promotional programs.
• Prepare specialized sales-related reports, provide recommendations, and store them in the designated database according to approved policies.

System and Data Management

• Execute all store visits through the PACE Merchandising System.
• Adhere strictly to the assigned journey plan within the system.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of data, including photos, counts, and timestamps.
• Avoid manual or offline reporting, ensuring all data is captured via PACE.
• Close action items raised within the system promptly.

Work Environment
