About the Role

L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Supply and Procurement Manager to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies to support organizational objectives, specifically focusing on water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services essential for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, and contract management.
• Identify and qualify suppliers for critical components such as pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, instrumentation, chemical dosing systems, filtration systems, membranes, and various electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project schedules.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on established criteria including quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contractual agreements.
• Develop supplier performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct periodic reviews.
• Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in supply and procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Proven experience in managing complex procurement cycles from RFQ to contract management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
