Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Ibis Budget are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team in the 'Asir region. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and is part of the Tamayyaz program, focusing on developing hospitality professionals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process guest accounts and handle payments accurately.
• Proactively seek opportunities to personalize the guest experience.
