About the Role

EDITION is seeking a TSA/Captain to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience through attentive service and efficient operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Position Summary

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for delivering a range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience. This involves taking initiative in service delivery, maintaining communication with the kitchen, and ensuring all work areas and supplies are clean. The role emphasizes making guest interactions feel like an integral part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Clean and maintain work areas and supplies.
• Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify information, including menus.
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
