المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

صيانة وخدمة جميع منتجات لوسي.
أداء وإظهار التشغيل الصحيح لمنتجات لوسي.
إجراء فحوصات ميدانية وتحليل مشكلات العملاء.
إجراء إصلاحات ميكانيكية وكهربائية محلية محدودة.
توثيق الزيارات الميدانية، وتحليل الأعطال، والإجراءات التصحيحية المقترحة.
ضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وتحقيق الأهداف اليومية.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

معرفة بمخططات الأسلاك والمكونات الكهربائية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
مهارات تواصل جيدة بالإنجليزية والعربية.
خبرة في بيئة الهندسة والتصنيع.
إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت.

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Baraya Extended Care
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to enhance our team in KSA-Abha. In this critical role, you will ensure that our hospital equipment, building systems, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with standards. Your expertise will support the smooth operation of the hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance for hospital systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing problems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all worksites.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed.
Assist in monitoring and reducing utility consumption.
Support facility inspections and corrective actions for violations or hazards.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for external repair services.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in organized and safe condition.
Follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations immediately.
Support the Facility Supervisor in maintenance planning and projects.

Job Requirements:

Technical Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and equipment schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
