We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to provide vital support to our Real Estate Projects Director. This role encompasses a blend of administrative, engineering, and project support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Executive Support:
- Provide full secretarial support to the Real Estate Projects Director.
- Manage calendars, meetings, site visits, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as required.
- Engineering & Project Support:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing engineering drawings, reports, and technical documents.
- Support the director in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Maintain organized records for permits, approvals, contracts, and project files.
- Assist in compiling project progress reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in an administrative role (real estate or engineering environment preferred).
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, project documentation, and construction terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
