Join Wood as a Project Reporting Coordinator
Are you ready to contribute to exciting projects in the engineering and construction industry? Wood is currently looking for a Project Reporting Coordinator to support our projects business. Your contribution will play a key role in the development of a new gold mine and processing facility located in a remote area of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the project team with day-to-day support of the project or site.
  • Organize and expedite the flow of work through the project or site and initiate follow-up actions.
  • Maintain knowledge of project status, scheduling requirements, and departmental operations/procedures.
  • Set up and maintain hard copy and electronic site file directories.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and prepare information for meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and car rentals.
  • Assist with onboarding/orientation of personnel.

Qualifications
What makes you a remarkable candidate?
  • Five years of project/admin experience in the Engineering and Construction industry is preferable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to provide vital support to our Real Estate Projects Director. This role encompasses a blend of administrative, engineering, and project support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Executive Support:
    • Provide full secretarial support to the Real Estate Projects Director.
    • Manage calendars, meetings, site visits, and appointments.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as required.
  • Engineering & Project Support:
    • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing engineering drawings, reports, and technical documents.
    • Support the director in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
    • Maintain organized records for permits, approvals, contracts, and project files.
    • Assist in compiling project progress reports and presentations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in an administrative role (real estate or engineering environment preferred).
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, project documentation, and construction terminology.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
