Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Khobar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities, and promoting the company's solutions for water management. Key tasks include:
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Providing tailored solutions and delivering product training.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the irrigation and landscaping sectors.
  • Conduct presentations and technical demos that highlight the efficiency and sustainability of REDA Green solutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors, and government clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and win key projects.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to position REDA Green as a trusted leader.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in irrigation, water management, or landscape projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business (or related field).
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market is a plus.
