- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service and standards.
