Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project budgets and forecasts
• Prepare cost reports and track project expenditures
• Develop material take-offs and request vendor quotations
• Support in identifying and estimating scope changes
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to assess costs
• Identify potential cost optimization opportunities

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills in cost estimation and forecasting
• Ability to prepare accurate cost reports and financial summaries
• Proficiency in reading project drawings and technical documents
• Experience in project budgeting and financial risk analysis

Preferred Certifications:
Certification in Financial Analysis or related discipline from an accredited institution.
