Join Our Team as a Head Waiter / Head Waitress!
We are looking for a dedicated Head Waiter to lead our serving staff and enhance the dining experience at Dar Rayhaan By Rotana. You will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service while overseeing the dining room operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any complaints.
• Assist in staff training, including serving techniques and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle reservations and special requests from customers.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in hospitality or a relevant field is a plus.
