Join Our Team as a Production Operator
Napco National, a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions, is looking for a skilled Production Operator to join our team in Dammam. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive factory tickets and production schedule from the foreman.
  • Ensure machine and environment safety.
  • Check semi-finished products against specifications.
  • Segregate defective products before machine operation.
  • Distribute work amongst assistants and helpers effectively.
  • Set and operate machinery accurately according to production specifications.
  • Coordinate with quality controllers to meet quality standards.
  • Document all production details and report to the foreman.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Production Operator is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحضير الوظيفة التالية وفقًا لتذكرة العمل في المصنع وMPCC.
  • حل أي مشاكل وإبلاغ القائد بالفريق بالقضايا الرئيسية.
  • ضمان مراقبة الجودة مع العينات وإدارة معلمات الآلات وفقًا لذلك.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة الآلة والمكان.
  • المشاركة في إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة NAPCO-IFP.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة الصحة والسلامة وحضور الاجتماعات المطلوبة للسلامة.
  • إجراء فحوصات للأدوات والمعدات قبل الاستخدام، مع ضمان وجود جميع احتياطات السلامة في مكانها.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • القدرة على التحكم في عمليات المعدات أو الأنظمة بشكل فعال.
  • المعرفة بالمواد الخام، وعمليات الإنتاج وتقنيات مراقبة الجودة.
  • القدرة على رفع ما يصل إلى 15 كجم وضبط عناصر التحكم في الآلات بدقة.
