  • Leadership and Team Development: Motivate and develop the corporate financing team to reach high performance.
  • Reporting and Market Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on financing performance for senior management.

Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills.
