Join OES Asset Integrity Management as a Technical Proofreader!
OES is a leading international specialist providing inspection, audit, appraisal, certification, and project services to the oil and gas industry. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are actively seeking a dedicated Technical Proofreader to join our quality assurance team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofreading and Editing: Collaborate with the operations department to proofread and edit technical documents, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of inspection reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of lifting gear and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections for effective proofreading.
• Style Guide Adherence: Enforce company-specific style guides across documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with technical teams to clarify concepts and enhance document quality.
• Global Support: Provide proofreading services for projects worldwide, especially in the Middle East.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements within proofreading workflows.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on industry standards and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field; LEEA and NDT qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in technical proofreading, editing, or quality assurance.
• Excellent command of English grammar and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with technical terminology and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
