The Role of Safety & Heavy Equipment Trainer

Qualivex Training Institute is seeking a Safety & Heavy Equipment Trainer for a full-time, on-site position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is central to delivering high-quality training focused on safe heavy equipment operation and general workplace safety practices. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring participants achieve defined learning objectives through a competency-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct both classroom and practical training sessions effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive instructional materials tailored to course content.
• Align all course content with Qualivex’s structured learning and competency-based methodology.
• Assess trainee performance accurately and provide constructive feedback.
• Document training outcomes to ensure participants meet established learning objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of training programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to adapt training to specific site conditions and equipment requirements.
• Model safe practices consistently and support a strong safety culture within the institute and client organizations.
