Golden Residence Contracting & Real Estate Development Company is looking for a qualified professional to fill the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. This position is crucial to strengthen our digital presence and effectively market our real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts.
- Update the company’s website and regularly upload projects and content.
- Create compelling content including writing, design, and short video editing (Reels/Shorts) aligned with our visual identity.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing periodic reports that include analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of practical experience in digital marketing (experience in real estate or contracting is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
- Proven experience in managing paid media advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
