Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist based in Riyadh. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and monitoring compliance with established standards. The role involves:

• Analyzing data
• Preparing reports
• Identifying areas for improvement
• Addressing gaps in quality measures

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication will be key to ensuring that the hospital maintains its commitment to exceptional healthcare quality.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing
- Proficient in Analytical Skills for data analysis and process improvement
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and compliance practices is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and implementing solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field
- Certifications in quality management like CPHQ or a relevant qualification
