Job Overview:
The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role focusing on customer/partners within the XC Specialist sales organization. The SE’s primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 Distributed Cloud to our customers. To be effective, a Specialist SE needs excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of F5 products and the ecosystem in which we operate. Comprehensive training and certification will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning.
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and solution designs.
• Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager.
• Deliver world-class customer service throughout the customer life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of related industry experience.
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in secure Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, cloud instrumentation, and application-related products.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
