- Develop and innovate products including bread, viennoiserie, and pastries
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Train and develop team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef Baker or Senior Bakery Chef
- Strong knowledge of artisan baking, fermentation, and pastry techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in high-volume or hospitality environments
- Creativity and attention to detail
