About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Content Creator who will be responsible for developing creative content for our social media platforms, including videos and event coverage. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, have a passion for content creation, and possess strong communication skills to engage audiences effectively.

In this role, you will:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
• On-Site Coverage: Visit diverse sites and events to capture live content using your smartphone.
• Video Appearance: Engage with the audience by providing commentary and showcasing events.
• Event Coverage: Ensure engaging content is shared in real-time during events.
• Content Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, media, and PR teams for cohesive content execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of the property market.
• Experience with social media and media production.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
