We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. Your role is vital to ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with sales and promote our coffee offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems (Odoo is a plus).
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Cashier at THG (Takara Hospitality Group), you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer experience by managing cash transactions effectively. Your duties will include handling cash transactions with customers, scanning goods, ensuring accurate pricing, collecting payments, issuing receipts, refunds, and change. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace and balance the cash register at the end of each shift while ensuring top-notch customer service.
